This is best done 1-2 months before a Certified Audit so that the organisation has time to address any food safety concerns. We do this as a “Health Check” for your Food Safety Program/HACCP system. This helps your business to meet requirements of a Certified HACCP system to conduct internal audits.

For Child Care Centres: Ask us for a food safety audit conducted by a technical expert and this will assist you to meet High Level Care accreditation in QIAS 2005 documentation.
